Tele-therapy

Our most popular option for services. Get therapy from the comfort of your own home. Internet access is required.
In-Person (Downtown Puyallup, WA)

We offer in person sessions on Thursdays 12 pm - 6 pm
Walk Talk Therapy

Starting from our Puyallup office, there are several parks nearby to walk & talk if you want to get outdoors for therapy. (Please note this diminishes confidentiality.)
